Our new company is putting together a small team of account managers to call on oncology practices nationwide. I turned to Leslie, by reputation the best oncology sales recruiter in the industry, to assist in my search. Leslie was able to give me numerous qualified candidates within each of the target markets. Unlike many recruiters who will "throw" any candidate at you in hopes of increasing their odds of a hire, Leslie qualified these candidates for me AND she qualified this opportunity for the candidate, so by the time I first spoke with a candidate, BOTH parties were genuinely interested. I've hired 2 account managers through Leslie thus far, with more likely to come. Leslie truly is the industry's best in oncology sales professional recruiting.

Just a quick comment, relative to one of you terrific recruiters. Carolyn Modugno, recently contacted me about a position, I was very interested in, with a Biotech company. Unfortunately, the position was put on a hiring freeze. Carolyn was nothing short of professional and efficient with me. I hope I hear a lot more from Carolyn, or other recruiters as consistent and pleasant as Carolyn in the near future. Hats off to Carolyn!!!
